Terms and Conditions for Divendary

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Divendary platform. They describe the rights and obligations of you, the user, and the applicable platform operator. Please review them before opening an account, using the service or carrying out a transaction. By accepting them, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the relevant counterparty.

By registering, logging in, using a platform feature or otherwise engaging with Divendary, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use. The service is available only to individuals aged 18 or over. People under 18, or those without the necessary legal capacity, must not access or use it. If age or eligibility cannot be established, access may be restricted and an account may be suspended or closed.

Platform access can be interrupted by technical problems, scheduled maintenance, software updates or wider service outages. Delays or downtime may also arise during volatile market conditions, exceptional demand or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We work to provide a dependable service, but continuous availability is not guaranteed. Divendary may introduce, change or discontinue features, algorithms, market data, pricing feeds or supported markets without creating a right to compensation.

Material provided through the platform—including text, graphics, designs, software, algorithms, trade marks, logos and AI-produced analysis—is protected by copyright, trade mark law and other intellectual property rights belonging to Divendary or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, publish or use it commercially without prior written permission. Violations may result in civil claims or criminal action.

All information you provide, including identity, contact and payment information, must be truthful, complete and kept up to date. Inaccurate, incomplete or outdated details may result in restricted access, withdrawal limitations or legal action. Personal data is processed under our privacy policy and relevant UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR, with suitable safeguards and clear processing practices.

You are solely responsible for every investment or trading decision made through Divendary, whether entered by you or produced through AI-assisted automation, and for any resulting outcome. Divendary offers software and trading tools only, not personalised financial advice, investment recommendations or profit guarantees. Shares, cryptoassets and other markets can move quickly, and you may lose the full amount invested. Past performance should not be treated as an indication of future results. Only commit money you can afford to lose.

We may amend or add to these Terms where appropriate, including in response to regulatory changes, technical progress or evolving market conditions. Where reasonably possible, we will generally provide at least 14 days’ notice by email, platform notification or website notice. If you continue using the service once the revised terms apply, you will be treated as having accepted them. For material changes, you may decide to close your account.

Our service combines accessible information with safeguards intended to help protect users. These include up-to-date encryption, regular reviews, segregated client funds and comprehensive KYC/AML procedures. Platform activity and transactions are recorded in a clear, auditable way. We seek to deal with users fairly and responsibly while operating controls designed to strengthen account security.
